Corrections
Significant factual changes are marked and dated rather than edited away.
How this works
Every article shows the date it was published and, where it differs, the date it was last changed. Small edits — typography, clearer phrasing, a fixed link — are made without a note, because a ledger that records everything records nothing.
A change to a factual claim is different. When a fact changes, the article carries a dated note saying what was wrong and what it now says, the note is marked as a correction rather than an update, and it appears in the record below. The original claim is not silently replaced.
Articles are never unpublished to hide an error. A URL that has been published stays published.

Record
No corrections have been issued. This is a young publication with a small number of articles, so an empty record here is a statement of fact about its length rather than a claim about its accuracy — the page exists so that the first correction has somewhere to go.
