Living rooms and bedrooms are judged on how they feel at particular moments: an evening with the television on, a morning with the curtains open, a night when someone else is awake. These checklists help you describe those moments before anyone proposes a layout.
Heating, electrical work and any structural change are professional matters. Nothing here specifies a product, sizes a radiator, or confirms that an arrangement will be comfortable.
