1.How this small outdoor level is really used

Commonly overlooked items
- Debris collecting under a raised surface with no way to get it out again
- The door that no longer clears the floor once something is laid over it
- Watering run-off landing on the balcony or entrance directly below
- A surface that becomes too hot to stand on barefoot at exactly the sunniest hours
- Nowhere at all to put the contents of the balcony while work is carried out
- Loose material that behaves quite differently at height than it does in a garden
- The strip against the wall that can never be swept once the surface is in
