Handover & Maintenance Checklists

Handover is the last chance to ask easy questions cheaply. These checklists cover the documents worth requesting, the details worth writing down while people are still on site, and the upkeep questions that decide how the work ages.

Nothing here is an inspection, a sign-off, or a judgement that work is complete, safe or compliant. Those determinations belong to qualified professionals and, where applicable, the relevant authority.
